Mary Webster--Empire Stock #5 AMERICAN EMPIRE STYLE
Circa 1830

With its bright, yellow-gold gilding over dark gray bole, this molding is a fine example of the American Empire style. It has a wide, deep cove and nice detailing toward the sight edge. Mustard-colored outside edge; mitered corners. The frame looks to be in its original size.
