Circa 1900


  • Early frame in walnut with a flat molding and corners that raise out a full inch from the molding and go from 5 1/2" to 3 1/2" in length. These are held in with old square nails. Nice early surface, handcarved details at the ends. The rabbet is added to the back of the frame with nail. Lap-joined corners.

  • Depth at corners 1 1/2"
  • Condition: very good condition, minimal wear to surface. One very small knothole
