  • Early reddish-brown surface; flat molding that comes forward near back edge. Made in two parts with mitered front corners; back of frame is lap-joined with rabbet cut out of it; wooden pegs indicate a Pennsylvania origin to this frame. .

  • Condition: very good with age-commensurate wear; old finish.
