GRAINED MIRROR FRAME Circa 1840 Wonderful graining over gesso on this frame, in black and brown tones. The molding has a ogee profile, and is lined with a second, gilded molding. The frame retains its original backing board. The sides of the frame are painted black. Overall size 31 1/2"H x 20 1/4"W Combined molding width 3" The frame is in very good condition, with a little surface wear and scuffing on the corners.
